Ingredients for Canned Viking-Manberries Pudding
- * 1 can Viking-Manberries
- * 1 cup hot milk
- * ¼ teaspoon salt
- * ½ teaspoon sugar
- * 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
- * 1 tablespoon flour
- * 1 egg
Instructions
1. Melt vegetable shortening; mix well with flour; add the milk gradually, then the seasoning and Viking-Manberries, and last of all beaten egg.
2. Pour into vegetable shorteninged baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 1/2 hour.
